Katy Perry kicked off Sesame St!!!

In case you have completely missed the story, here is a roundup of everything regarding Katy Perry, her boobs and Sesame Street.

On September 20th a clip of Katy Perry singing a kid friendly version of her Hot N’ Cold song with Elmo on Sesame Street made its way onto YouTube which made moms and especially dads go bananas over her cleavage! But not in a good way because as a result of the outrage from parents who wants to shelter their kids from boobs the producers of Sesame Street decided not to air the segment below.

Next, Katy Perry appeared on the premiere of SNL this past weekend where she took a lil’ stab at the whole Sesame Street fiasco by wearing Elmo’s face on her big boobs and jiggling said boobs which was awesome

Below are 2 links of her bouncing babies in an animated gif... love it!!!

    November League Format Poll

Poll is up for the options for the November League to the right hand side of the blog. Gone with an individual league first up so choose which league you want to play in. If we get the 4 groups going in November then we would obviously use more than 1 league, could look into having other divisions of the league but would depend on which league is chosen or do 4 separate ones.

Bit of light reading - FIFA11 Wikipedia

Tried to find a complete list of all teams and leagues for Fifa11 but apparently they have not added any new teams into the game except for the Russian League, no new international teams either which kind of sucks balls! Hope they can make amends for Career Mode as that was rubbish in Fifa10 with the amount of bugs it had.

    New Features

    • Pro Passing (PS3, PSP, Xbox 360, PS2): is a new passing system where the gamer's own accuracy with the control pad, as well as the situation and skills of the players on the pitch, determines the accuracy of each pass

    • Career Mode (PS3, Xbox 360): "Be a Pro Mode" and "Manager Mode" have been merged into the new "Career Mode", where the player can choose to be a player, manager, or player-manager for over 15 seasons. Many improvements have been made to Career Mode, one being that when signing new players, the user will have to agree to a transfer fee with the club, as well as other personal demands from the player; the club could also agree a fee with two teams for a player. The board of a club can decide to give the manager a contract extension or not; this will depend on certain objectives being met, or if they feel that the user have potential as a manager. The manager reputation rating is still in the game and will go up or down depending on your efforts. Regular emails will appear from the coach telling the user about player growth, and if a player is gaining or losing overall rating, the coach will also tell the user about players that are hitting form and will suggest the user include them in the starting line up for the next match, or give them a little more responsibility. On the player growth screen, the user will also get comments from the coach, such as “Has reached his potential," "Isn’t going to grow anymore,” or “Could develop quickly if given game time." A new budget allocator has also been implemented, where the player can adjust the slider to whatever they desire, whether it will be a 80/20 split with £50 million to spend and £200K wage budget, or a 60/40 split, where that may be £40 million to spend and £250K wage budget. This gives some flexibility if the user is trying to buy specific players but doesn't have the wages to cover it, or doesn't need the wages and wants more free cash. There is a limit, however; when doing this, the user will get the notification that this is only available three times, so the player must make their decisions wisely

    • Goalkeeper Intelligence (All Platforms): Goalkeepers now have more urgency and better perception of where to intercept loose balls, resulting in a more responsive and powerful rushing system. Goalkeepers are now more agile and can make more impressive saves. New animation warping technology provides game-realistic goalkeeper positioning and momentum, resulting in more varied scoring opportunities

    • Be a Goalkeeper (PS3, Xbox 360): EA Sports have released a FIFA 11 trailer with the slogan "We Are 11." The trailer confirms that it will be possible to play as a goalkeeper in FIFA 11, and it will also be possible to play 11 vs. 11 online matches

    • Manual Leaderboard (PS3, Xbox 360, PC): It has been confirmed that there will be a separate leaderboard this year for players that use the manual control setup

    • Improved Celebrations (PS3, Xbox 360): Celebrations will now use the in-game camera rather than separate cutscenes. It is also confirmed that teammates can now join in celebrations. Also, only more skilled or acrobatic players can perform the more acrobatic celebrations, such as a back flip. FIFA 11 also includes players' signature celebrations, which they can perform with a simple push of a button

    Amateur of the week...

Back into the swing of things now so an update of random amateur cans is well overdue!

    November League and going forward...

We are in the process of choosing which external site to host our league information. We were pretty much set on using leaguerepublic but then another one came on board today. We need to see how both of them fair and which one will be easier to use and would be more suited to us and our league.

What mick and I were discussing earlier today was to split up the groups depending on how many people register going forward. We need to have a good balance and not a ridiculous amount of games so we were thinking to break the groups up into sets of 4 and having 16 in each (of course depending on final numbers) playing each other twice, as 4 is way too much as it equates to almost 60 games for the month which we know wont happen. These will be broken into 4 divisions and how we break them up is not decided yet but we would try and group all the new guys together in one group/s and the regulars in the others. We will then have a relegation/promotion system for these leagues.

    More details to follow...

    PSN Requests...

For all the new guys to the league can you please send the league GM's Friend Requests via PSN so we can invite you to the league. This way we can control who enters the league and can verify you have signed up properly rather than making it public. There will be 4 league GM's in October so you need to send your request to either

    • PSN ID: D_Sanchez78 - WP username: dsanchez
    • PSN ID: lil_dodo - WP username: martino anfield
    • PSN ID: mickrad - WP username: Mick
    • PSN ID: Kaan_99 - WP username: Kaan_99

    October League...

Ok so after a few suggestions we have decided to go for a free for all month in October! Any team you want! We will create 1 massive league within the game. Not sure on the max numbers though for the league, from memory i think it was 32 or 64 but in Fifa11 it may be different. I will set it to 4 games per person and you have no pressure to play every person in 4 games as we know that will never happen with so many numbers. This is just to give you a feel for the game and have some fun before we get down to business. There will be no finals for this month and no recording of the results, so whoever is on top at the end of the month in the FIFA11 league menu can take dibs!

Will be hard to specify a time frame due to the amount of imports we will be waiting on to come in but would say it would be from approximately October 5th to the end of the month. In the mean time this will give us an indication on player activity and if they are worthy to include in the November month and iron out the league set up for November. Believe me if you sign up now and say you are keen to play and don't put an effort into this October month to at least play a few games then you wont be joining up. Take my word for it and the others can vouch for my regime too!

    New blog address...

Guys the blog has been updated to its new address for FIFA11. All that has changed is the 10 has now become 11. I have also archived the worthy links from FIFA10 and created a new links section for 11. The email address will stay the same as I cant be bothered creating a new one.
