Forfeits rules updated...

After months and months of confusion and controversy over the forfeits, we have updated them to 3 simple steps which are in the feb rules. Will bring it up here again just to be sure! These will only be applied to players who have not made their base rate of games.

1. Player has played the forfeiter twice – Results stand as is.
2. Player has not played the forfeiter – Player is rewarded two draws (+2 points).
3. Player has played the forfeiter once – The result stands as is and Player is also rewarded a draw (+1 point)
